Appointments for the under 6s are allocated on availability and it will not be possible to request a specific GP.
To register please log on to www.gpvisitcard.ie and select Dr. Teresa Coll, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 – your child will be registered with Drumcondra Village Medical Centre.
What is covered by the scheme? Simply all the normal acute medical care needs of your Under 6 child.
